REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Lordana Guerda Pierre. Please review our policy carefully before initiating any return. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Store Credit & Exchange Eligibility
We offer store credit or exchanges under the following conditions:
Incorrect items must be reported within 10 days of delivery.
Defective or damaged items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery by email us at info@lordana.com
After submitting your return or exchange request, you have 3 days to ship your package. If it is not shipped within 3 days, the request will be automatically voided.
Once your return is received and passes inspection, store credit will be issued via a Lordana E-Gift card within 3–5 business days. Exchanges may also be completed directly through the return portal.
Please note: $10.99 restocking/handling fee will be deducted from your gift card amount. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.
Please note:
Refunds are not issued for shipping delays outside of our control.
All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
Damage caused by improper fit, wear, or forced use is not considered a defect.
We do not issue direct refunds unless due to a verified error on our part.
2. Return Authorization Required
Returns must be approved via email before being sent.
Unapproved returns will not be accepted or processed.
3. How to Request a Return
To begin a return:
Email info@lordana.com with your order number, issue, and clear photos (if applicable).
Once approved, the return must be shipped within 10 days of approval using a trackable shipping method.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Returned items must be:
Unworn and unwashed
Free from odors, stains, or damage
In original packaging with all tags attached
If the returned item shows wear, stretching, scent, or forced fit, it will be sent back without store credit and at customer cost.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Sale items
Accessories, bags, and clutches
Bodysuits/Shapewear/Bathing suits
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges due to limited inventory.
Please return the item for store credit and use it to place a new order.
Store credits never expire.
6. Incorrect Items Received
If you received the wrong item:
Contact us immediately at info@lordana.com with a clear photo.
We will provide a return label and ship the correct item once the original is received back.
7. Wardrobing & Customer-Caused Damage
All items are thoroughly inspected before shipment.
We do not issue store credit or replacements for:
Items that appear worn, stretched, or used
Damage from improper fit or forced wear
Rips, snags, or cuts caused during unboxing or wear
Please note: A defective zipper due to improper fit (e.g., unable to zip because the item is too small) is not considered a valid defect.
We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart and product notes before purchasing.
Customers suspected of wardrobing will be blocked from future purchases. Items returned under those conditions will be sent back without credit.
8. Sizing Responsibility
Please refer to our size chart and product descriptions before purchasing.
We are not responsible for incorrect size selection.
Items damaged due to improper fit are not considered defective.
9. Shipping Fees & Partial Refunds
Original shipping fees and Skip the line services are non-refundable
For orders paid using Afterpay or Shop Pay, partial refunds will be issued due to non-refundable processing fees
10. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please verify your address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:
Return and reshipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility
A new shipping label must be purchased to reship the item
We are not responsible for fees or delays caused by address errors.
11. Pricing Adjustments
We do not honor price adjustments for previous orders.
Sale or promotional pricing cannot be applied retroactively.
12. Dispute Resolution
Please contact us directlininfo@lordana.com before filing a chargeback or dispute.
Filing a dispute before giving us the opportunity to resolve the issue may delay the outcome.
In the event of a chargeback, we provide:
Proof of delivery
Policy acceptance
All communication and transaction records
...to support our case with the payment processor.
