  • Where do you ship?
 All of our pieces are handmade herein our studio in Brooklyn, NY and ship internationally. We ship using USPS Post, additional couriers are available upon request.
All of our online orders are shipped in plastic free, compostable mailers or recyclable boxes depending on size.
  How much is shipping?
   United States - $10 flat rate untracked
Free shipping above $200
 International - $25 untracked
 We also offer calculated shipping rates at checkout which include tracking, please select a tracked option at checkout or contact us with any questions.
Rush shipping is available upon the buyer's request for an additional fee. Orders shipped outside of United States may be subject to import duties and taxes that cannot be calculated at the time of checkout. All additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us with any questions regarding shipping.
 I live in New York, can I come to pick up my order or try pieces on in person?
 Yes, we are pleased to offer in-studio try-on by appointment only. Please book an appointment. 
*Please note that due to Covid-19 our studio is currently closed for try-ons and pick-ups. We are happy to deliver packages within Brooklyn and New York City, please email us after placing your order or include a note at check-out
  How long will my order take to arrive?
 UNITED STATES: 3-10 Days (after processing)
INTERNATIONAL: 4-15 Days (after processing)
  When can I expect my item to be shipped?
 All items are shipped within 4 business days. Once your item has been shipped you will be updated with a tracking number (if applicable) and/or confirmation email.

  I’ve received my tracking number but the United States Post site isn’t updating my package
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking website to update. If your item still has not been updated please contact us
 Can I return or exchange my item?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we offer returns for store credit within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase has been delivered, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a credit or exchange. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must have all original tags still attached. We are unable to offer cash refunds. Items authorized for return must be post-marked within 3 days of authorization.
Exchanges are subject to inventory within 7 days of item delivery. We are happy to exchange an item for you or to answer any emails to help you find your perfect fit. 
Please note that sale, discounted and custom items are final sale.
All associated shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded. For US refunds we offer the option of providing a shipping label for you. If this option is chosen, $15 USD will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping costs. Should you wish to return or exchange your item with a provided shipping label please contact us for a return authorization.
 How do I know my size?

 How do I wash my garment?
 We have updated each product with its own care instructions, but generally, we recommend a cold hand wash and lay flat to dry. To ensure the longevity of your garments and to prevent shrinkage we do not recommend using the tumble dryer.
 The item I received is a slightly different color? 
We do our best to ensure that our colors in our images are true to life however due to monitor differences we cannot guarantee the accuracy of colors shown online.
  I fell in love with a fabric or style that is no longer available, can you make it for me again?
 Some of our fabrics are limited edition, and periodically styles are retired and removed from the site. Please feel free to contact us at any time if you can’t find what you’re looking for and we’d love to make it for you if we have the fabric available.
 Are your organic fabrics GOTS certified?
 Yes, all of our organic fabrics are GOTS certified, and select fabrics where noted are OEKO-TEX certified.
 What is ‘dead-stock’?
Dead-stock fabric refers to a fabric that has already been purchased from a mill, either by another designer or manufacturer, but is not currently being utilized and could eventually end up as waste. By utilizing these fabrics we divert potential waste and are able to operate more sustainably by creating less demand at the traditional fabric mill.
  What Currency is your shop in?
 All of our prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). We offer currency conversion when shopping, but please note all orders will be processed in USD.
   Do you offer custom work?
 Please contact us directly for custom requests. We love working one on one to create unique and special garments for you, should our schedule permit. Many of our existing designs can be cut in a custom fabric, but your best bet is to reach out to us directly and w will do our best to accommodate you.
